Sammarcanda produced by Poggi based on a design by architect Vico Magostretti since 1969. Samarcanda is a system of independent drawers that can be freely overlapped and placed side by side, made of beech plywood and lacquered with polyurethane paints, in black and white. On a plinth (4 cm high and equipped with small cylinders for movement) the drawers of fixed depth and of different heights and widths can be combined in many ways.
