A classic antique Biedermeier chest of drawers in blonde burled maple & ebony.
The drawers are flanked by ebony columns that nicely highlight the blonde wood veneers & inlaid trim. Minimalist facade designed in the southern German tradition circa 1820's.
The drawers were traditionally opened by keys. There remains the original steel/ iron locks with replacement keys.
The commode is raised on elegant tapered legs with brass feet.
