The set of 5 Queen Anne chairs with relatively clear lines comes in good condition for its age. The mahogany wood frames, in a beautiful warm brown color, show signs of wear on both the backrests and the chair legs. The middle parts of the backrests were made of a very attractively grained burl wood. The seat cushions were reupholstered a few years ago in a gray cotton fabric and offer very good seating comfort.
The chairs are believed to have been made in Britain in the 1920s.
