This is a charming and very interesting vintage barometer made in France. It is made of wood, brass, and glass with a loop on the back for hanging. This has some patina and mild scratching. The glass is domed. Please have a look at the pictures to appreciate the charming character of this piece. I don’t know how to test if it is in working condition, so I am selling it for decorative purposes only.
