one of the lamps is marked under the stand: b & l 1178.
the lights each have an e14 socket.
the lampshades can be tilted and rotated via a joint.
the elegantly curved lamp arms are made of brass and sit on a brass block on the curved cast iron bases to emphasize the lightness of the lights.
the shades are made of metal painted in a light beige, the cast iron bases are painted in a light gray. Both finishes are done in the shrink varnish typical of the 1950s.
thanks to the cast iron base, the lights have a good stand.
