Both bases are marked with … Read more Beautiful and unique vintage post modern style Italian carved wood sea shell base coffee table. Both bases are marked with “Made in Italy” and both have stickers that say “Marbro” with a number. Heavy solid top with very minimal surface scratches especially for its age. Shells are in good vintage condition. They are solid, but you can see small cracks where it looks like this was assembled. Meaning, it’s not one piece of carved wood but smaller pieces assembled. The cracks are very fine and don’t appear to affect the structural integrity at all. Statement piece that would work in in so many spaces; postmodern decor, eclectic, rustic, shabby chic or nautical. Very versatile in style and neural colors. You could use with a different shaped glass top. Listing is including glass, you can purchase without, but cost will not change for price of item itself.

Please note a couple close up photos almost read some green tones, that’s not accurate I think it’s reflecting the green door behind. The accurate colors are from the overall pictures of the whole table.
