This hardback edition measures 12 1/2" x 9 3/4", is a beautiful book with red cloth boards and gold lettered gilt. The original glassene wrapper is still intact. It is a tightly bound copy with a clean and unmarked text. There are many color and b&w plates, plans, illustrations, facsimile letter tipped in, 228pp.
