The subject is wearing a pale pink dress and hat. Hibel is recognized for her paintings, lithographs, and other mediums. Her works now are held in the Hibel Museum of Art in Palm Beach FL. Hibel developed several new methods for painting on fabric and porcelain. The framed, signed oil painting was made on silk and depicts a woman wearing a hat and traditional dress. It is entitled, Unique and Oil. Good overall vintage condition with typical age-related toning and surface wear, showing faint discoloration in certain areas.
