The frame is in excellent condition and the small nap navy velour cushions have hooks on elastic to keep them in place and for removal for cleaning. The fabric has normal wear and tear for this period. There is one stain on the inside back that is covered by a back cushion and there are no holes in the upholstery. Velour is faded, typical of a piece of this period. Imperfections are only related to the wear and tear typical of it's use less
