Initialed on lower left and lower right by artist: HS , purchased in the New York City arts & antique center on second Avenue, Manhattan. Superb work of the olden days. Pieces of decor like this not made in this level of detail, perfection and quality. Also , it can easily be wired by professional chandelier experts, or electricians to be wired as to be used with bulbs. See less
