Dimensions: … Read more A beautiful Go board made of Keyaki wood, complete with Goseki-ire (碁石入れ) for storing the black and white stones.

Dimensions: height 26 cm, width 45 cm, depth 40.5 cm.

The storage boxes, or Goseki-ire, are made of wood and contain 181 black stones and 180 white stones.

This Keyaki wood board dates from the Taishō period and has developed a lovely patina over time. The playing field is in good condition.

The solid wood block is finished with elegantly designed legs.

This set holds significant decorative value and can still be used to play Go, offering the perfect opportunity to experience this Japanese tradition in its authentic form.
