A single Kai Kristiansen model 42 chair, the frame of finely grained Santos Rosewood and the fresh upholstery in black leathercloth, with the whole chair in excellent condition. Designed originally as a dining chair it is perfectly suited as a Chair to use with a Danish Modern Rosewood desk.
The solid Rosewood used in the making of this chair is Santos Rosewood, or Machaerium Scleroxylon a genus not included on CITES list and is a sustainable source. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
