Old antique Officer travelling trunk
Found in an estate, and we have been told it is an old officer's/captain's travelling case, more than 100 years old.
There are remnants of nameplates-ØK notes etc. on it, so it was definitely part of the East Asian Company (founded in 1896)
There are drawers, a small storage area that folds out and hangers etc. so jackets etc. can hang without getting wrinkled.
It is 112 cm in height and 60 x 50 cm in length/width and weighs 30 kg WITHOUT load.
This is a very rare item.
Of course it has patina and wear, as you can see in the pictures, but considering its age, it looks great.
