A rare pair of large table lamps made by Maison Baguès, Paris in the 1950s. These table lights are decorated with the Bagùes' iconic urns, leaves and parrots.
We also have a single lamp with this design and another with the flower and leaf design too.
We actively look for pieces by Maison Bagues and can source chandelier(s) and wall sconces to compliment these lamps.
Rewired. The plain card candles on the bulb fitting can be replaced with 'drip effect' ones. Whichever you prefer.
Since the 1860s, the renowned French luxury lighting atelier Maison Baguès has been producing pieces that are highly valued across the world.
Each piece is hand assembled, using traditional techniques. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution,
