The classic chairs have a gracefully curved bent rattan frame with an open fretwork design of criss-cross pencil reed inset into the back and sides. The rattan is lashed together with cream toned leather rawhide laces on the exposed joints. The legs are conjoined by cross stretchers and end with brass casters in game chair style. The seats are fitted with new loose seat cushions with tie backs in an Irish linen ecru upholstery. Arm height 28". Provenance: From the grand Glenshaw estate Napa, CA.
