Vintage rare hand painted large oval toleware by Nashco NY,. Signed (R.P.)
This gorgeous serving tray with a musical instrument motif of sheet music, a horn, and cello all entwined with flowers, leaves, and vines, is stunning. Solid and sturdy metal serving tray.
Painted in antiqued gold background and metallic gold and black design and surrounded by a floral design near the edge. This design is a departure from the usual fruits or floral pattern. Please review pictures closely. There are a few spots of missing pant and peeling, minor rust on the surface. Some wear around the rim, some rust patches and scratches on the edge and back consistent with age but the design is intact and unblemished. The natural aged patina adds even more beauty to this piece. Perfect for your music room, library or any room in your home. Original Nashco Products sticker still on back of tray.
