Large 1960s Achille Castiglioni & Pier Giacomo 'Light Ball' Wall or Ceiling Lamp. Designed in 1965, this rare variant is executed in attractively patinated brass and opaline glass. An incredibly refined and iconic midcentury design that is quintessentially Italian. Retains original manufacturer's sticker.

Each lamp accommodates 1x 60W max equivalent standard medium base (e26) LED bulb (LED only). Professionally rewired for US electrical and modified for mounting over a standard US j-box. Not UL listed.
Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, nicks, and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy. Note that only one representative example is featured in the listing images, but both lamps in similarly good condition and present well as a pair.
