Condition: Excellent, professionally cleaned and varnished.
Park scene featuring a fountain with three women seated in the foreground. Friedman described his paintings as having an "inner glow" even those with dark color schemes seem to have a lightness from within. Gilt vintage period frame.

Artist Notes
He was born in Budapest, Hungary, lived in Brooklyn, New York and Provincetown, Massachusetts. He studied at the NY Academy of Art and Design.
Exhibitions: Corcoran Gallery, World's Fair, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Carnegie Institute and the Brooklyn Museum.
