Very rare vintage lamp made of polished aluminium in very good condition.

designed and produced by daeyang in south korea.
originally designer for tankers and military vehicles.

the main body is cast aluminium with steel fittings and is in excellent condition for its age and usage.
comes from an old south korean oil tanker.
they were manufactured for the most extreme of conditions and are over-engineered to a delightful degree.
this lamp will last a lifetime.
the protective tubes are formed from very tough shock-resistant glass and are flameproof!
this lamp is ip55 rated which means it is safe to use in bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pool areas and wet zones.
this is a stand-out lamp that could be a design solution for breakfast bars, dining areas, kitchen islands, retail environments/restaurants.
the lamp works suspended on a ceiling but also on a wall.
this is an unrepeatable statement lamp now adapted for the home and the commercial scene.

lamp was restored :
- fully polished to give it a high-gloss finish once again.
- re-wired it is now fitted for 2x led t8/g13 60cm very easy installation.
- new cable extends to 1.5metres in length.

just plug in socket energy and works !
