Lyneville, a well respected french maker of ceramics. A rare model, "ocean", it has light metal blue stripes, slightly irregular having been hand glazed by artisans. The square concave shape is true to the era and repeated on the lid handle. The finish is a soft satin. A beautifully decorative and oraxtical piece for soups, casseroles, seafood or other. This piece has an attribution mark,
