Fully adjustable and swiveling de wit office chair with bakelite armrests designed by toon de wit for de wit n.v. In c.1950. De wit chairs are very comfortable due to the adjustable backrest. A knob under the seat adjusts the backrest to six different heights. With the turning knob at the back of the back, the back can be tilted. The seat can also rotate and its height can be adjusted from 46 – 53 cm. A nice detail are the swinging armrests that are flat at the front and rise at the back. Material: chromed metal, bakelite, metal, plywood and skai. Dimensions: h x w x d = 86 x 56 x 54 cm and the seat height is adjustable from 46 – 53 cm. Source: de wit catalogue.
