The center has a large pear shape cabochon ruby gemstone held securely in 4 yellow gold prongs surrounded with diamonds mounted in white gold. On each side of the the ruby is a larger pear shape diamond also with smaller diamonds around in the halo style. The tapered band is in polised finish with 3 diamonds at the top of each shoulder. It has the 750 gold content stamp.
