This is a lovely authentic band by Cartier. It is crated from 18k white gold featuring a 2.5mm wide band. The front half of the ring has alternating set diamonds with blue sapphire gemstones. The back half is in polished finish and it has the designer signature with the ring size serial number and metal content.
