The piece features a large floral sprig with long flowing leaves and multi stems with flowers. The leaves are full adorned with sparkling pave diamonds in white gold, the back of the leaves, edge and center has yellow gold. Two long curved stems has bezel set diamond in white gold just below the bunch of yellow gold stems, each end of a stem is a marquise cut blue sapphire gemstone. All with a total weight of 9 carats! The diamonds are 4 carats total. Comes with a double pin for addes security.
