New upholstery on an antique frame.
Antique c.1920 canape reupholstered in new Scalamandre silk damask fabric. This elegant settee has a typical cabriole form of Louis XV style with delicate carved giltwood detail. The wooden frame has a subtle green tint to it, and we've selected the fabric to complement both the color and the historic shape of the settee. Very full and generous goose down cushion with a hidden zipper for easy removal. A great loveseat or a daybed option for a small French Country styled apartment or a traditional great bedroom/library.
