More than likely italian design from the 1970s. Removable base, easy to assemble by sliding (see photos). Thick and heavy glass shelf in good condition, traces of superficial wear due to use and time. A small dent under a lower corner of the shelf (see last photo). Chromed metal base in perfect condition.
