This is a beatiful Estate necklace, the pendant features a fancy octagonal 14k white gold frame set with 75 points sparkling diamonds and the center of the frame has a large 17.5mm mabe pearl. Attached to the pendant is a double strand rich cream cultured pearls 7.4-8mm. The end of the double strand has screw stems and can screw in and out from the side of the pendant. The back of the pendant also has a fixed hook bail.
