This elegant cocktail ring is crafted from 18k yellow gold featuring an oval shape sapphire gemstone at the top center with a sqaure concave shape, the sapphire is surrounded with baguette diamonds all totaling 1.53 carats. It has a lovely curved high shank with polished grooved tapered band with the 18k metal content stamp.
