The pendant features a puffed style heart with a heart shaped glass case and it has 7 round bezel set diamonds floating inside the case. Around the center with fine wire set through the puff shape are sparkling pave set diamonds and on the large clip bail. The chain has flat oval link chain in 14k white gold. The back of the pendant has heart shape cut out gallery. The pendant has the 18k gold content stamp and the chain 14k.
