Brushed steel base. In good condition, no breaks or cracks on the tiles. Note a very slight mark from the glass ring, see last photo. Slight signs of wear on the brushed metal. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
