The sofa model 2213, designed by Børge Mogensen for Fredericia Furniture in 1962 became an instant classic of modern Danish design. Mogensen designed this sofa for his own living room. With a length of 222 cm, the sofa was sized exactly so that he could lay down outstretched on it. Therefore he thought it would suit everyone.
It has large areas of the best leather, loose cushions with down filling and a blind upholstery finished with a “piping”. A very comfortable but also modest sofa. It is beautiful from all angles and therefore it is perfect as a free standing sofa. Real craftsmanship. This piece has an attribution mark,
