1950´s Patinated Hans Wegner Sawbuck Chair with Original Leather by Carl Hansen & Søn The iconic "Sawbuck chair" was designed by Hans Wegner in 1952 named after and inspired by the sawbucks you could find in Wegner´s and other cabinetmakers workshops at the time and were manufactored by Carl Hansen & Søn. The fully functional black painted chair with original leathered seat is structurally in good condition with heavy patina that bear witness of a long life that still have many years left. This piece has an attribution mark,
