Many of Moreux's designs were in Paris, including the avenue Marigny, hôtel particulier for baron Robert Rothschild; the Hôtel particulier for Bernard Reichenbach, rue Alfred-Dehodencq; the jardins des Gobelins (square René-Le Gall); the pavillon de la Martinique, île des Cygnes, for the "exposition internationnale des arts et des techniques dans la vie moderne", and at the Louvre, rearrangement of the salle Rubens.
Graduated from the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 1922. Friend of Jean Lurçat , he worked for the couturier Jacques Doucet , Baron Robert de Rothschild and Viscount Charles de Noailles.
