On the Design:

Hand-knotted in wool and silk, this rug is named “Damask” for its inspiration from the English craft style. Its design is an all over floral pattern in the same style, enjoying metallic bronze and copper tones on a beige field. The silk’s natural sheen lends a brilliant presence in varied lighting, and plays naturally with the bronze tones with a fabulous complement to the sense of movement. It’s a graceful, elegant piece adapting a classic sensibility to a luxurious new high-end rug quality.
