Credenza or Sideboard in Maple Root Burl and Brass Inlay. Late 20th Century in the Style of Stanley Jay Friedman for Brueton.
Showstopping burl! With the book-matching details throughout and gnarly veining in the burl, this is hard to keep your eyes off of. Plenty of storage with five touch-latch doors that open to reveal adjustable shelving. Center door opens to a cubby with two small drawers.
This would be most perfect as a sideboard but also would work as a credenza. She is definitely a heavy piece and to be handled with care. Mix of solids and veneers. No makers mark found. Matching dining table and chairs both sold separately in our shop, be sure to check our shop for availability.

The brass at upper inlay and toe kick both have spots where adhesive is loosened. Signs of adhesive in few areas and some waving of the brass inlay. See close ups for reference. Few nicks at apron.
