This set of wall lamps ‘Clair-Obscur‘ (Model C-1516) from Raak Amsterdam were designed by the Raak design team (including Nanny Still-Mackinny, Tapiovaara Wirkkala and Frank Ligtelijn) in 1962. In the Raak catalog of 1962, the lamps were described as a black triangular shape on the wall, one of the triangular sides of which is rhythmically pierced with red copper tubes from which the light glows. A play of bright and dark, of ‘clair’ and ‘obscure’. Particularly beautiful when arranged 2 or 3 in a row. This piece has an attribution mark,
