Antique early 20th century English Regency bell jar hall lantern with etched glass pineapple/star design. Turned, polished brass accented center post. Delicate polished brass arms holding top of bell with leaf finished ends. Wonderful neoclassical design. Hardwired with three candle lights inside.
Overall measurements are approximately 27" tall, bell is 16" in diameter with brass leaves extending an additional 2.5" beyond edge for an overall diameter of approximately 21.5" across metal arms. The brass fittings are beautifully turned with intricate detail. Very good condition - scattered scratches. Displays brightly - will lighten your entryway or hallway.
Fixture has been rewired, sold without hanging chain.
