A softly painted study of a woman with chestnut hair reclining on variously colored blankets and contrasted against an olive green background.
After graduating from Art Center College of Design with distinction, Craig Nelson worked in Los Angeles for recording companies and motion picture studios, creating portraits and other subjects. His numerous movie posters include "The Cowboys", "Slapshot", and "Homeward Bound" among many others. His original album cover credits include, "Sammy Davis Jr. Live", "Rick Nelson, Country" and "Natalie Cole, Thankful".
Collectors of his work include, James Garner, Neil Simon, Toyota Corporation, UCLA Law School, the U.S. Air Force among others. He is the recipient of numerous prizes, medals and juried awards.
In 1974, the artist began teaching at Art Center College of Design and, for the past 23 years, has taught at San Francisco's Academy of Art University where he is Director of Fine Art, Drawing and Painting. Craig Nelson is a signature member of the California Art Club, a member of the Portrait Society of America and the author of "60 Minutes to Better Painting" and "The Drawing Bible" published by North Light Press.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
