Double inwardly directed tree of life design motifs. Amazing range in colors and shades in vivid gem-like tone and unique weaver nuances throughout. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, cobalt blue, ruby red, vivid sunflower yellow, sapphire blue, deep emerald green, oxidized silver, teal, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Localized areas of recess to specific shades, likely based on mordants and dyestuff used. Some localized stiffer regions within the rug in addition to remnants of an old adhesive faintly visible on the reverse side of the carpet. One end measures 5'4" whereas the opposing measures 5'9". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
