Object: Bookcase - Bench Epoch & Style: Wilhelminian Period - 2nd half of the 19th century Features - veneered in … Read more Object: Bookcase - Bench Epoch & Style: Wilhelminian Period - 2nd half of the 19th century Features - veneered in walnut, partly solid - headboard with profiled cornice and side diamating - two-door upper part with elaborate brass glazing with Art Nouveau ornamentation in three openings, lockable with Push rod lock - flanked by fluted balustrade columns - on the inside three shelves in height Adjustable toothed strips - two smooth-running drawers and a large storage compartment under the doors - the cover plate of the lower part is profiled all around - including two coffered doors with double panels covered with walnut veneer - bordered on the sides by carved diamating - stands on pressed ball feet at the front - original brass fittings - key available - can be dismantled into two parts for transport.
