Gecos Table Lamp Circa 1950s
Curved adjustable brass arm and shade - Takes E27 fitting bulbs - On/Off switch on the base - Produced by Cosack brothers under the "Gecos" brand name - German ~ 1950s - 30cm wide x 47cm tall x 30cm deep Gecos/Cosack Founded in 1848 by Theodor, Egon and Friedrich Cosack, they manufactured lighting fixtures, oil and safety lamps. Gebr. Cosack is considered to be the oldest lamp factory in Neheim, which eventually closed in 1984 after Bankruptcy. Condition Report Fully re wired with modern electrical components, some light patina to the brass surface in places
