" This handsome figurine shows a military officer in Grenadier dress from the Napoleonic Wars and is hand-painted, signed by the artist porcelain worked and decorated by hand in every detail, signed by the great artist " B.Merli ". This beautiful creation dates to a production in the 1980s. The colors are vivid and design has rigorous respect to the original uniform of the time. The face is very expressive and brings to life this officer. There is a dangling sword attached with a wire hook at this soldier's side. The gilded base has the Napoleonic "N." Hallmarks are: N with a crown, indicating Capodimonte. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Height=11-1/2 inches, Width=2-1/2 inches, Depth=2-3/4 inches.
