This is a unique southwest Tarahumara Indian style hand woven baskets.
This basket was likely made by the Tarahumara Indians using fibers from the indigenous yucca plant. This Native technique of basket making is generations old. Handed down from each passing generation the art is preserved. Native American baskets are popular for southwestern decorating as well as western decor.
These traditional sotol baskets are made by hand and artfully woven. Handwoven baskets are great for cabin, lodge or log home or for your special rustic or Native American room.
