This beautiful, signed antique nude figural drawing from early 1900's Europe is an exquisite drawing in the style and manner of Classicism. Rendered in graphite on classic laid paper from the historic French paper mill Ingres D'arches, you will note this watermark as well as "MBM", citing the paper collection (detail of this is shown when held up to light"). The delicacy of shading, poetic pose and energetic strokes of space, make this truly one of our favorite works from our collection. With all of it's beauty, please take note of the minor imperfections noted in the photos. As with age, there are minor areas of wear to please take note of.
