Absolutely stunning watercolor by Artist Jerry Baum from Indiana. This original watercolor features a stunning typical American architectural designed oceanside home with a metal roof and white pocket fence; the epitome of the American Dream beach side. Looks very similar to homes on 30A in Seaside, Florida.
The artwork is marked "91", signed "Jerry Baum" and titled "The Seaside, FLA.".
The artwork is framed with two mats, behind UV glass, and light white wood with brown paper on the back. There is some light scuffs on the frame, and some tiny dirt trapped behind the glass (barely noticeable).
There is no provenance. Ready to be hung and enjoyed! Perfect for any beach house, or boho themed.
