Initially, it produced dolls, furniture, and furnishings for children, as well as a particular fabric now known as "pannolenci." In 1927, the company added a line of ceramic figures and objects to its production.
The object depicted shows a little girl holding a doll and a little boy with a teddy bear, sitting close together on a stone wall, probably singing. The pictorial decoration is very concise: flat, uniform areas of color with small polka dots on a white background on the girl's dress and the teddy bear. The faces, on the other hand, are well detailed: large eyes, emphasized by long eyelashes and red cheeks.
The overall dimensions are 13.8x12.5x5.7 cm. It is made of ceramic and painted with enamels. The work was confirmed by Dr. Stefania Cretella in May 2021. On the bottom there is a stamp bearing the words: "Lenci - Torino - Made in Italy" and written in pen "CR59". The state of preservation is excellent.
