The Bouses: Ladies Ornate 18K Gold Diamond and Sapphire Drop Earrings.
These vintage 18 karat yellow gold earrings are a stunning addition to any jewelry collection. The earrings feature a beautiful bezel set oval sapphire cabochon surrounded by diamond accents, creating a look of timeless elegance.
