The Aldino: Ladies 14K Marquise Ruby and Diamond Ring. Crafted in 14 karat yellow gold, this vintage ring features prong set marquise cut rubies separated by round accent diamonds. The ring is currently a finger size 6.75 and is able to be resized for an additional charge upon request.
