Swedish modern ceramic table lamp, "cararra" by wilhelm kåge for gustavsberg, 1940´s. Rare and large unusual globe form of the series "carrara" that wilhelm kåge designed in the early 1940´s. Wilhelm kåge was the chief designer and head of art and development at the high end and very well known manufacturer, gustavsberg, outside stockholm.
the lamp is in very good condition and the electric components have been checked professionally. The lamp can be delivered with an optional textile cord if wanted. We have several different colours to choose from. If the lamp is sold to us, we will mount a us plug to the lamp. The lampholder e27 is compatible with us e26, so nothing need to be altered. This piece has an attribution mark,
