Featuring handcrafted frames covered with dramatic burl wood veneers. The klismos form curved backrest is conjoined by gracefully curved arms ending with large scrolls. The generous seat is bowed in front and supported by klismos splayed legs in front and back. The chairs have large areas of exposed wood that showcase the burl patterns. Amazing condition with excellent joinery and craftsmanship seldom seen today. The vintage fabric has minor fading as seen in photos but is very presentable. Rare chairs each numbered and signed with plaque on bottom. From a palatial estate in Beverly Hills, CA.
